VRTZ-090L series precision planetary gearbox adopts high-precision helical planetary structure and integrated ISO standard flange output. Optimized for high dynamic reciprocating motion of laser cutting gantry system. It features excellent torsional stiffness and stable low backlash performance, maintaining outstanding positioning & repeat positioning accuracy under frequent start-stop and high acceleration working conditions. The ISO flange interface enables quick assembly and interchangeability with mainstream servo motors. High radial & axial load capacity, stable operation in metal dust workshop environment for long-time continuous running. Pre-filled synthetic grease at factory, maintenance-free for whole service life, transmission efficiency ≥95%. Widely used for X/Y axis drive of medium-small power fiber laser cutting machine, ensures smooth movement and high-quality cutting surface for sheet metal processing.
