S&A RMFL-1500ANT/ANW Laser Chiller for Welding

RMFL-1500 is a 1500W portable handheld fiber laser welding machine.
It adopts high-performance fiber laser source, supporting continuous and modulated working modes. The maximum weldable thickness reaches 4.5mm. It is equipped with a standard 10m optical fiber, and 15m fiber is available for customization. Powered by 220V single-phase electricity, it can be deployed easily on site.

Built-in integrated water cooling system ensures stable long-duration continuous operation. It comes with swing welding function and automatic wire feeder, which creates smooth weld seams with minimal thermal deformation and reduces post-grinding workload. It can process stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet and other metal materials.

Multiple safety interlock protections will cut off laser output once abnormality is detected. The operation is simple; operators can master it after short-term training. Widely applied in sheet metal fabrication, kitchen hardware, pipelines, cabinet manufacturing, metal structures and metal renovation industries.
