Product Overview

VRT-110 series precision planetary gearbox adopts helical gear structure and integrated flange output design, optimized for high-speed dynamic movement of laser cutting equipment. This reducer features high torsional stiffness and ultra-low backlash, guaranteeing excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability during frequent start-stop and high acceleration movement. The ISO standard flange interface enables quick installation and interchangeability with servo motors. High torque density design supports heavy radial & axial load, suitable for 24h continuous operation in metal processing workshop with metal dust environment. Pre-lubricated for maintenance-free operation, transmission efficiency ≥95%. Mainly applied to gantry laser cutting machine X/Y axis motion drive, ensure smooth movement and stable cutting quality for thick & thin metal sheet cutting.
