BOCI Fiber Laser Cutting Head BLT421S 6kW

BLT421S is BOCI (BOCHU) intelligent closed‑loop auto‑focus laser cutting head, max rated power **8kW**. It adopts collimating‑lens moving focusing mode, compatible with QBH / EOC / QD fiber connectors, works perfectly with FSCUT control system. Multi‑sensor real‑time monitoring provides multiple fault alarms. Drawer‑type protective window design enables fast consumable replacement. It supports flat sheet cutting and can cooperate with swing module for bevel cutting, widely used for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy medium‑thickness metal processing.

Main Features

  1. Closed‑loop auto‑focus, two magnification options: M=1.5 / M=2.0; focus range: M1.5(-25~+22 mm), M2.0(-50~+35 mm); centering adjustment ±1.5 mm, focusing acceleration 7.5 m/s².
    Multiple real‑time monitoring & alarm: protective window contamination, pressure, collimation offset, temperature alarm

  2. Drawer‑style protective glass holder, quick lens replacement without dismounting whole head

  3. Full‑coverage water‑cooling for optical components plus independent nozzle cooling gas circuit, max assist gas pressure 25 bar

  4. Compatible with FSCUT control system, easy integration for most domestic laser cutting machines
