VRT-90C series precision planetary gearbox adopts helical planetary gear structure and integrated ISO flange output design, optimized for high dynamic movement of laser cutting gantry system.

This reducer features compact volume, high torsional stiffness and ultra-low backlash, ensuring excellent positioning accuracy and repeat positioning performance under frequent start-stop and high acceleration/deceleration working conditions.

ISO standard flange interface supports quick assembly and interchange with most mainstream servo motors. Strong radial & axial load capacity, stable operation in metal dusty workshop environment for 24h continuous running. Pre-lubricated at factory, maintenance-free during whole service life, transmission efficiency ≥94%.

Mainly used for X/Y axis drive of medium power fiber laser cutting machine, ensures smooth movement and stable cutting quality for sheet metal processing.
